Department of Finance

The Finance Department performs all accounting and financial functions for the Hamlet, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of budgets and financial statements, cash-flow management, financial reporting, and assisting our auditors with our annual audit.

How to Pay Your Hamlet Bills

The Finance Department also offers the following services at the Hamlet Office from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 pm. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note our offices are closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.:

  • Collection of payments for land leases
  • Collection of payments for water, sewage and garbage services
  • Collection of payments for gym memberships
  • Collection of payments for passport photo services
  • Collection of payments for business, lottery, and bingo licenses
  • Collection of payments for all other activities such as rental of community hall, ice arena, swimming pool, etc.

We accept payments by cash, cheque, debit cards or Visa. Please note we accept Visa only. We do not accept any other credit card.
